Named the "The Gold of Calabria" for a reason, this oil is harvested from handpicked olives from centenary trees in Calabria. Cold pressed with in hours of harvest and bottled to order for Carluccio's. An intense green and fruity oil with typical Mediterranean aromas.
Notes of fresh tomatoes and cut grass on the nose with a round, full taste with aftertaste of almonds, chilli and citrus.
Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP - 250ml
Mature, full bodied balsamic vinegar. Aged through nine oak barrel passages. This balsamic is the perfect blend of sweet and sharp.
